An Automatic Renewal plan will continue for the Monthly or Annual Term selected during registration, and will renew automatically at the end of each Term UNLESS WER ARE NOTIFIED OF A DECISION NOT TO RENEW THE SUBSCRIPTION BY CUSTOMER SERVICE BEING CALLED PRIOR TO THE EXPIRATION OF THE TERM. To request that a subscription not be automatically renewed, our Customer Service Department may be contacted at 303-442-6075.Regular business hours for Customer Service are from 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. MT, Monday - Friday. To cancel a subscription outside regular business hours, a message can be left with Customer Service if it includes a name, address, the email address associated with the account, and a telephone number we can call to confirm.
If we are not notified, the then-applicable monthly or annual fee for the subscription will be billed automatically to the credit card designated during the registration process (or subsequently changed). In connection with recurring billing for subscription renewals, we may receive updated information about the account from the financial institution issuing the credit or charge card.
PLEASE NOTE, NO REFUNDS OR REIMBURSEMENTS OF SUBSCRIPTION FEES WILL BE GIVEN ONCE A SUBSCRIPTION HAS RENEWED.
